It is now New Years Eve where I live! Henry has added many blogs to the blogroll this year but he would like to add many more in 2012! Here is the post by Henry!

Snow Disappeared in Misty Hill Glitch
Hey Pandas! When I was at Misty Hill due to Quests, I noticed something - the snow at Misty Hill has almost disappeared, however at other locations like Bear Hollow the snow has not gone yet. Here is a picture I caught:
I wonder what's happened, the Winter Festival is supposed to end on January 3rd but that's 4 days away (you'd better get some more prizes quick.) Anyways have a happy and safe almost new year in 2012, everyone!
P.S. Tomorrow is Pandanda Focus's 1st Anniversary/birthday, Ggutev might post with extra information tomorrow.

Christmas Present
Hey Pandas! I've got some awesome news for you guys but I'm sure you all know what it is! It's Christmas, yay! That means we've got presents from Santa, right? Festive Photo Contest Deadline Coming Up!
Hey Pandas! For most of you, it's the last day to enter your Festive Photos with Your Friends entries, for others, you've still got a whole day and a few hours to put forward your entries. Anyways, this is Henry's Post:
Hey there, Holiday pals!
It seems like the Winter Festival has gotten off to a great start! Pandanda looks so festive with all of the greenery and lights against the snow. I am really starting to get into the Christmas spirit!
I wanted to remind you that you have today and tomorrow to send in your Festive Photo with Your Friends contest entry. Any entries received after11:59pm PST on Sunday, December 18th will not be entered in the contest. You can click that link to see what the deadline is where you live.Don't wait until the last minute!
We have seen many more eligible entries come in since I updated you about some important contest rules on Wednesday. It really does make a difference if you follow all of the rules! Don't forget to include your panda name in your email!
This Tuesday, December 20th will be Snowman Day! Collect as many stocking stuffers as you can between now and Tuesday so you can get lots of Frosty Potions from Chilly the Snowman. We are going to fill Pandanda with snowpandas! Check out this picture from last year's snowman invasion:
On Friday, December 23rd - Christmas Eve Eve - it will be Christmas Outfit Day. Put on your most Christmasy clothes, then join your friends around the big Christmas Tree in Bear Hollow to sing Christmas songs!

Winter Festival finally Here!
Hey Pandas! Pandanda is now covered with snow just in time for The Winter Festival! During the festival you can collect stuffers and trade them in with Chilly the Snowman at West Market Street!
Stuffer Collecting Guide:
Stuffers can appear anywhere on Pandanda (except from your Treehouse) like Quests items and Golden Tickets. However they appear a lot quicker than Golden Tickets (fortunately). A strategy I use is to stay indoors, like The Den, or The Pet Shop and any others but if you need them really desperately, try fishing. This is what a Stuffer looks like:
Some may appear as boxes and other items but that's the one I got. Once you've collected at least 5 Stuffers, proceed to West Market Street and click on Chilly.
Here are Chilly's Prizes for this year:
In my opinion, I think they're better than last years prizes. I love the cute Reindeer Sweater and I'm glad Pandanda added a sled companion LOL. If you want all the prizes, you're going to need 305 Stuffers. Also, the text on Pandanda is now RED:
Hmm... Is that everything? No it's not! There's also a Christmas Tree added to Bear Hollow, with a present underneath it!
If you click the Present, you'll get an alert message/ Moderator message (not the banning type):

Winter Festival this Thursday!
Hey Pandas! This Thursday (15/12/11) Pandanda will hold one of its most loved and famous Festival - The Winter Festival! Prizes can be earned, stuffers can be collected, new Quests will be available and many more!! I don't want to give you too much information so this is what Henry posted:
Hi Friends!
The Pandanda Winter Festival begins in just 3 days! The Pandanda townspeople are working hard to get their holiday decorations ready. I was checking the Pandanda weather forecast for this week, and it looks like there is a very good chance that we will get lots more snow! I bet it will be just in time for the Winter Festival.
During the Winter Fest you will collect stocking stuffers that will appear all around Pandanda, then trade them for awesome Winter prizes. It will be 20 days of Wintery Fun!
We've started to get lots of entries in the Festive Photo with Your Friends Contest. You can click that link to read all about how to enter the contest. You have until 11:59pm PST on Sunday, December 18th to email us your pictures.
Please make sure to read the rules of the contest very carefully. If your entry does not follow all of the rules, it will not be entered in the contest.
Red and Green Day last Wednesday was so much fun! Everyone looked Christmas-y in their red and green outfits. Here are just a few of the pictures that you sent in from Red and Green Day. I'll post some more this week.

Two Glitches
**Update: Game Day glitch is now working!**
Hey Pandas! Today I found two glitches, one with Quests and the other with Game Day. Here is the Quest glitch:
See the circled area? "They will be added to your backpack." but if I open my backpack, no Sweet Cherries to be found:
Hmm.. you'd better fix that glitch, Pandanda :). Now here is the Game Day glitch:
Both me and Lukey (Lukeyman9) are receiving this bug. Still don't see it? The amount of bunnies I caught was 10, but the amount of coins I got wasn't 20, but 10.
So that's two bugs you've got to fix Pandanda ;)

Pandanda Membership Contest!

Festive Photo with Your Friends Contest!
One of the best things about the Holiday season is getting together with your friends. That is why I am pleased to announce the “Festive Photo with Your Friends” contest! The goal of the contest is to take the best seasonal picture of your panda with your friends (It's ok to include other pandas who are also playing who may not be on your friends list.)
The most festive, creative and original picture of you and your friends celebrating the holiday season will win the awesome prize of a gift certificate for a 6 month Elite Membership, 200 Panda Gold, and 5000 Panda Power. Plus, you’ll get another 6 month Elite Membership to give to a friend!
There is a limit of one entry per email address (the one you used when you created your panda) per day. Entries must be received atcontest@pandanda.com no later than 11:59pm PST on Sunday, December 18th. The winner will be announced on Saturday, December 24th in my blog.
Prizes
1 Grand Prize winner will receive:
- A 6 Month Elite Membership gift certificate for you
- A second 6 Month Elite Membership gift certificate for your friend.
- 200 Panda Gold for you.
- 5000 Panda Power for you.
Here are a few tips:
- Be original and creative. It's ok to try and organize other players in the game to get the coolest, greatest shot ever! If players don't cooperate, though, it is not ok to bully them or be mean. We have so many players around the world, and some may not understand what you're saying. Also remember that safe chat players can't see what you may be chatting.
- Your picture can be taken anywhere in the game. It is ok to drop into a friend's tree house to take your picture. There are some pretty fancy tree houses out there!
- It's ok to crop your picture to whatever size you think looks nice, or you may submit an entire screenshot.
- Cropping the picture is ok, but digitally editing or enhancing your screenshot is not. Digitally edited submissions will be disqualified.
To submit your entry (have your parent or guardian help you):
- Read and obey the rules. Entering the competition means that you and your parent/guardian agree to the rules. If you are under 13 years old, please ask your parent or guardian to review them with you, along with our website Terms of Use , specifically with regard to the use of submissions you send to us.
- Ask your parent or guardian to email your entry to contest@pandanda.com from their email address, the one they used when they signed you up for Pandanda. Your entry MUST come from the email address that we have on file for your Pandanda account.
- Type the words "Picture Contest" in the subject line of the email.
- Type your Panda name in the text of the email for example "Panda Name: Paige."
- Do NOT include your real name, house address, phone number, or password.
- Email your entry to be received by Pandanda no later than Sunday, December 18th at 11:59pm, Pacific Standard Time (PST). There is a limit of one entry per valid email address per day.

Game Day coming Soon!
Hey Pandas! It's almost time for another Game Day event in Pandanda. This event will occur this Saturday (10/12/11). Most Pandas like Game Days, as it's a way to earn DOUBLE the normal amount of coins whilst playing, well, games! On that day you can also earn Panda Gold from Moderators (only once per Moderator) if you are first or second (don't know about third). Need some more information? Check out Henry's post below
Hooray! It's time for another action-packed Game Day on Saturday! Make sure your bunny-catching nets don't have any holes in them, and charge up your ghost-catching backpacks so you are ready for your chance to earn lots of Pandanda Coins, and maybe even Panda Gold!
You will have a chance to win Panda Gold from Moderators in games of Bunny Chase and Ghosts of Misty Hill. The Mods will be hosting as many games as they can fit into their shifts, giving you lots of chances to win Panda Gold. Instead of awarding 25 Gold for 1st place and 10 Gold for 2nd place like they usually do, they will award 250 Gold to 1st place and100 Gold to 2nd place!
Also, every multiplayer game will award double Coins on Saturday. That means every time you play Pen the Pig, Line 4, Ghosts of Misty Hill, and Bunny Chase, you will receive twice as many Pandanda Coins as you usually do. There is no limit to the amount of Panda Coins you can win!
There is one change for Game Day to the usual rules for Panda Gold games. Normally, the rule is that you can only win Panda Gold once a day. But for Saturday only, you can win more than once a day, but you can only win Gold once from each Moderator.
For example, say you won Panda Gold from Skippers. If you play another game with Skippers and come in 1st or 2nd place, you can't win any more gold from him. But, if you see another Mod, like Gemmza, later, and play and win a game with her, you CAN win Panda Gold again! Every Mod will be keeping a list of their winners.
One rule has not changed - NO POTIONS! Just use your regular Panda skills to catch those bunnies and ghosts, with no help from turbo or bunny potions. I know everyone will play fairly!
I will be hosting some Panda Gold Games tomorrow, too! I'm planning to kick off Game Day with visits at 6am Pandanda Time, 8am Pandanda Time, 12pm Pandanda Time then once more at 8pm Pandanda Time. You can click on each link to see what time it will be where you live.
Remember, you can only earn Panda Gold from games that a Moderator or I am hosting. We will be traveling around all of the servers, so you might have a better chance of winning if you play on a less-crowded server. Panda Gold games will be available from 6am-1pm Pandanda Time, from 2-3pm Pandanda Time, from 4-7pm Pandanda Time, and during my final 8-9pm Pandanda Time visit, but you can earn double coins all day long!

Red and Green Colour Day!

Zing Ballyhoo Prizes 60-63

Now that Zing Ballyhoo has released all his prizes for this trip I thought I'd let you have a bit of a recap on them. Here are all the prizes.
My favourite prize is the Turkey Rug! Remember you can still ge the Turkey Rug. Just Log On to Pandanda and collect 10 Golden Tickets then go to the Treehouse Lobby then click Zing Ballyhoo and then click the Turkey Rug. Just to let you know this item is a Treehouse item so if you can't find it go to your treehouse storage. What do you think of all these prizes? Which is your favourite? Zing's Mystery Prize #63!
Hey Pandas! It's Monday so that means...? No, not being bored at school day :P. It's Zing's 63rd Mystery Prize! Don't know who Zing is? Read on! Zing Ballyhoo is a rich travelling Panda who gives out a prize or 500 coins in exchange of 10 golden tickets (the prizes are rare and will NOT come back to Pandanda!) Golden tickets come like fruit and quest items and appear in any room except your treehouse and come at any time! Zing Ballyhoo is a Pandanda resident located in Treehouse Lobby outside his gold and blue tent. Zing releases new prizes every Monday at 12:01 PD time.

Huge Day Review
Hey Pandas! On December the 1st, Henry announced a Huge Day event where all Pandas should drink the Dragon Tears potion to make their Panda, Huge. Here was the review:

I hope you are enjoying the chilly Pandanda temperatures and the snow! The island looks so beautiful covered in a light dusting of snow. And everyone looks nice in their sweaters and coats. Just remember, if you get too cold, you can always take a trip to Coconut Beach, where it always stays nice and warm!
I had a great time during my HUGE DAY visits! It was so awesome seeing Pandanda full of giant pandas! And, boy, if you thought the flying dragons were big at regular size, they are massive after Dragon Tears potion! Check out these pictures from my visits on Thursday, and you'll see what I mean!
Lots of fun stuff is coming up next week. Zing will have his 4th prize on Monday, Red and Green Color Day is Wednesday, and Game Day is next Saturday. And in less than two weeks, the wonderful Winter Festival will begin. I can't wait!! Mark your calendars so you won't miss a thing!
